Alexander, Manitoba

Alexander (2006 Population 2,978) is a rural municipality in Manitoba, Canada. The Winnipeg River runs through the municipality, and Manitoba Hydro has several generating plants on the river. According to the Canada 2006 Census, this rural municipality, for the first time, ranked above 1,000 in terms of population. [1]
