Alex Reid

Alex Reid was born and raised in Cornwall, England and trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. She is probably best known for her roles as Captain Caroline Walshe in Seasons 1 and 2 of ITV's SAS TV series Ultimate Force, and as Beth O'Brien, one of the "chicks with picks" in 2005's The Descent.
She will next be seen on the big screen in Jetsam, a thriller about a woman washed up on a British beach with no memory. Currently, she is starring alongside Jamie Draven in Mobile, a thriller showing on ITV.

Has recently played Layla in "Life on Mars" a BBC1 Drama, in episode 6 of series 2.
