Alessandro nelle Indie

Alessandro nelle Indie (En. Alexander in India) is an opera seria in two acts by Giovanni Pacini, with libretto by Andrea Leone Tottola, based on Alessandro nell'Indie by Pietro Metastasio. It was premiered in Naples, Italy at the Teatro di San Carlo on September 29, 1824, and ran for 70 consecutive performances.
