Alec Sedgley (born Alec James Sedgley, 1986-2007) was an actor and musician from Stourbridge in the West Midlands of the UK. He is best known for his role as Billy in the film The Boy with a Thorn in His Side. He was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting whilst in L.A on 03 March 2007. He was allegedly in the States working with Dr. Dre on his first album 'the power', slated for release in 2009. His long-term boyfriend Ben Edwards has been described as devastated, and hasn't spoken since hearing of the incident.
