Aldo Simoncini is a goalkeeper for European minnows San Marino. Aldo is a full-time player along with national team captain Andy Selva

Aldo has been with the national team for Euro 2008 qualifiers. He started the game against Germany. Germany put 13 goals past him. Aldo was dropped for the game against the Republic of Ireland on November 15th 2006. He started the return game and was part of the San Marino team that were 3 seconds from their greatest result.
