Alderminster is a village and civil parish in the Stratford district of Warwickshire, England. It is on the River Stour and the A3400, between Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour]]. Nearby places are Atherstone on Stour and Newbold on Stour.

Historically part of Worcestershire, it was originally part of Shipston on Stour Rural District. In 1931 it was transferred to the Warwickshire Stratford on Avon Rural District. [1]
