Is this really an exclave? I was browsing Google Earth, and it sure looks like US Highway 2 runs literally right down main street. I don't think this is in the same class of isolation as Point Roberts, WA or the Northwest Angle in Lake of the Woods, MI. Perhaps the verbiage on this page could clarify that (and the matching verbiage on the other two pages). I thought I'd ask here first as I've never been to Vermont...
