I do not beleive that this article should be deleted, and have removed the deletion template, for the following reasons:

  1. The notabliity guidelines for non-commercial organisations, under point 2 state that organisations "local in scope" ar not notable unless "verifiable information from reliable independent sources can be found.". However, I believe this meets that criteria, and therefore this article meets notablity standards for wikipedia.
  2. The article does not meet any of the other [for deletion], therefore, it seems inappropriate and contrary to established policy to delete it.
  3. Editors have, and will, continue to improve this article, and therefore it would be premature to delete this article before it can be develloped to it's full pontential.
