Albuquerque Plaza is a major mixed-use highrise development on the south side of Civic Plaza in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It consists of two towers connected at ground level by a two-story promenade containing retail space. The taller of the two towers contains Class A office space, while the shorter one houses the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque hotel. The office tower has 22 stories and rises to a height of 107 m (351 ft), making it the tallest building in New Mexico by a considerable margin. The hotel tower, with 21 stories, is the state's second tallest building at 78 m (256 ft). The height, color, and distinctive pyramidal roofs of the two towers make them the focal point of the Albuquerque skyline.

Albuquerque Plaza was designed by Hellmuth, Obata, & Kassabaum and built in 1990.
