Alberta provincial highway 11A

Highway 11A is the name given for three short stretches of highway in central Alberta between Red Deer and Saskatchewan River Crossing.

The first stretch begins at the north end of Red Deer as an extension of Township Road 390.
It crosses over Highway 2 and proceeds west for 15 km.
It crosses Highway 20 at a four-way stop before becoming 32nd Street leading into Sylvan Lake and follows around the southern part of the lake as Lake Shore Drive.
As the road proceeds west, it is also called Township Road 390 again. The highway ends when it meets Highway 11 near the road leading to the hamlet of Benalto.

A second stretch of road is also called Highway 11A. It begins in Rocky Mountain House at the junction of 60th Street and 52nd Avenue.
It proceeds west across the North Saskatchewan River until it reaches Range Road 82
[edit] Third Section
A third stretch of road is also called Highway 11A. It begins along Highway 11 north of the hamlet of Horburg. It proceeds south and follows the north shore of the North Saskatchewan River.
