Alberta Theatre Projects

Alberta Theatre Projects (ATP) is a Canadian theatre production company, founded in 1972, and based out of the Martha Cohen Theatre in Calgary, Alberta.
Originally funded both federally and provincially, it produced regionally themed content aimed at young audiences. It has since evolved into "a reliable showcase for Prairie drama and mainstream Canadian premieres." (Henighan, 2000)
ATP is also the umbrella company for playRite, an important Canadian festival of new work.
