Albert Makashov

General-colonel Albert Makashov was a Russian Presidential Candidate in 1991. During 4 Oct 1993 he was the Commandant of Russian Parliament's Defence. After imprisonment and amnesty he was elected a deputy to the State Duma of Russian Federation.
