Albert Chen

Professor Albert Hung Yee Chen (Chinese: 陳弘毅) is a legal scholar in Hong Kong.

Studies:
LLB (1980) and PCLL (1981) at the University of Hong Kong
LLM (1982) at the Harvard University in comparative law and theories of law and development

He was formerly the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the The University of Hong Kong, and is currently a member of the Basic Law Committee, a member of the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong, and a law professor at the University of Hong Kong.
