Alban Berg Quartet

The Alban Berg Quartet is an Austrian string quartet that was founded in 1971 in Vienna.
Its members are:
- Günter Pichler (violin)
- Gerhard Schulz (violin) (previously Klaus Maetzl)
- Isabel Charisius (viola) (1981-2005: Thomas Kakuska; 1971-1981: Hatto Beyerle)
- Valentin Erben (cello)
