Albóndigas
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Albóndigas ("meatballs" in Spanish) are found in Sopa de Albondigas, a Mexican food dish. The meatballs have rice in them and the broth is usually chicken. Vegetables such as onion, carrots and seasonings such as cilantro and garlic are often used.
Albondigas is also Mexican slang for testicles.
