Alan Rees (born January 12, 1938 in Langstone, Monmouthshire) is a British former racing driver from Wales. He participated in 3 grands prix, although two of those appearances were driving Formula 2 cars. He scored no championship points.

After his driving career was over, Rees was a founding member of March Engineering, his initials "A.R." being the "AR" in "March". He later became team boss of Shadow Racing Cars, and later co-founder of Arrows.
