State Route 289 or SR 289 is a 1 mile long route that serves as a connection between both State Route 5 and State Route 183 and State Route 14 within Marion in Perry County.
The southern terminus of S.R. 289 is located at its junction with State Route 5 and State Route 183 in southern Mation. The route then takes a generally northward track to its northern terminus at State Route 14 in downtown Marion.
