This article seems to largely be about the "Al Qaeda Handbook"; it seems to me this should probably be moved there, pending possible future expansion of its scope. Alai 21:10, 10 February 2006 (UTC)

A handbook is not the same thing as an encyclopedia. The Al Qaeda Handbook is not an encyclopedia and isn't called one. Rlitwin 14:00, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
