Al Wusta Region (Oman)

Al Wusta (Arabic: الوسطى) is one of the regions (manatiq) of Oman. Its capital is Haima (Hayma).
Al Wusta Region consists of four wilayat: Haima, Duqm, Mahout and Al Jazer.
