Al Woodall (born December 7, 1945) was an American football player. Woodall played his college ball at Duke where he was an All American. Drafted in the second round, Joe Namath was rumoured to have said "This is a good looking kid who can throw with accuracy and power. He will be useful in the NFL for some time. I hope my job is safe for a while". Woodall played several seasons with the New York Jets. He became an insurance agent in the New York area after his football days. A generous man, he now coaches high school football and is an integral part of MaxPrep which is a database company that tracks high school athletes. He also owns one of the premium units in all of pro sports.
