Al Kifl

Al Kifl (also known as Kifl) is a town in southeastern Iraq on the Euphrates River[1], between Najaf and Al Hillah. The population in and near the town is about 15,000. Kifl is the location of a tomb claimed to be that of holy man Dhul-Kifl. The town is also near Kifl oil field, with a capacity of 40,000 bpd.
