The Al Faisaliyah Center (Arabic: برج الفيصلية) was the first skyscraper constructed in Saudi Arabia, and the second tallest building in the country after the Kingdom Center. The golden ball that lies atop the tower is said to be inspired by a ballpoint pen. Inside the ball is a restaurant; immediately below it an outside viewing deck; at ground level, there is a shopping center with major world brands.
The tower was designed by UK based architects Foster and Partners and engineers Buro Happold.
The tower is part of a larger complex, the Al Faisalyah Complex, which consists of a hotel, the tower, and two other buildings.

There is a resturant in the glass ball, which is considered as one of the most expensive resturants in Riyadh. The tower itself is mainly offices, whereas the ground floor consits of a shopping centre.
