Al Barsha Third is a large colony of villas and mosques near Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. It consists of many middle to high class villas which are mostly available only to Emiratis, but some are under the ownership of expatriates and other foreigners. Recently, Mall of the Emirates opened up in Al Barsha First, adding much needed services to the residence of this area. It is the first mall in the Middle East to have an Indoor Ski Slope.

Most villas have been built after 2001. The rest of Al Barsha, which is still under construction, should be complete between 2008 and 2010.

Nearby landmarks to Al Barsha Third within Dubai include the World Famous Burj al Arab hotel. Also located only a few minutes drive is the Hard Rock Cafe.
