Al Atkinson (born July 28, 1943) was an American college and professional football player. He played High School ball at Monsignor Bonner High School. He played college football at Villanova University, where he was a linebacker. He played professionally in the American Football League for the New York Jets from 1965 through 1969[1]; then for the NFL Jets through 1974. He was an American Football League All-Star in 1968.
