Al-Zawraa (Arabic: نادي الزوراء) is an Iraqi football club based in Baghdad. It was founded in 1969. Al-Zawraa is considered to be the second best Iraqi football club in history, behind Al Shurta as it has won 11 national titles (most recently the 2005 - 2006 season). They were runners-up to Japanese club Shimizu S-Pulse in the 2000 edition of the now defunct Asian Cup Winner's Cup.
