Akshardham (Philosophy)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Akshardham is the Divine Abode Of God (The place where the soul, 'jiva' goes after salvation, 'moksha'.) It is made from the words Akshar meaning indestructible and Dham meaning abode or home. Hence, Akshardham is the immortal abode of God - or the abode of immortal God. This is a common term in Swaminarayan Hindu philosophy.
