There are many things that are not mentioned on the Akhenaten temple project that people studying it should know. For one, Akhenaten was a pharoah in egypt that the egyptians resented. He believed in different things and had a more open mind upon religion. Most of the egyptians hated him for thinking any other religion than the old kingdoms. For Akhenatens inteligence he was supposivly murdered and had every thing in his name torn down. It was a very horrible thing to do. Now an Redford is trying to rebuild hes temple from the huge peices of slate burid under the egyptian sand. All Akhenaten was trying to do was open a new wrelm for the egyptians and look what happened to him!
