[edit] British version?

I might be wrong, but I remember reading that this was one of the many reality series that originated elsewhere and was Americanized - in this case, the original version was British and followed easyJet. Hedgey42 08:32, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Indeed, there was a British version but Ihave no idea which one came first-- "Antonio And I wont! and I need! Martin 6:36, 21 Dec (MST)

  • IMDb doesn't have much information on the [British version], but it's listed as having started in 1999, and [easyJet's site] confirms it. Also, [this article] (which looks like an A&E press release with a byline slapped on it) says the U.S. version actually started airing at the very beginning of 2004 (but was taped in 2003). --Hedgey42 18:48, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

The series started in 1998, following the lives of staff and passengers of Britannia Airways based at Manchester Airport in north west England. Since series 2, the show has follwed EasyJet.Dashwood2 20:57, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Dashwood2
