[edit] Ground handler

At Vancouver International Airport, Air North is the ground and passenger service handler for partner Harmony Airways. Air North provides baggage, ramp, and operations for Harmony, as well as agents for check-in, departures, and arrivals. The relationship is beneficial for both airlines, as it provides more personalized service for Harmony (as opposed to using a handler like Servisair/Globeground, which handles many other carriers) and gives Air North a more established presence in Vancouver.

At Calgary International Airport, Air North uses WingTips Airport Services Inc for passenger services, and Servisair Globeground for ramp services. WingTips provides agents for check-in, departures, and arrivals. Servisair Globeground provides ramp and baggage services. The relationship is somewhat beneficial for Air North; WingTips staff represent many airlines so some agents are not as up to speed with Air North operations as a passenger may expect from an airline. Servisair Globeground represents many airlines as well which schedules sometimes conincide with Air North forcing the company to run short staffed.
