Air Minas Linhas Aereas is an airline based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It operates passenger services from Belo Horizonte to destinations in the state of Minas Gerais.

The airline was established in 2002 and started operations in September 2003. It was wholly owned by Clesio Andrade, a businessman from "Confederação Nacional dos Transportes" (CNT). The company was bought by Urubatan Helou, president (CEO), for U$10 million at the end of 2005, who has other transport interests including Brazil's largest long-distance bus company (Braspress Transportes Urgentes).

Started the operation in August with regular flights between the cities Belo Horizonte - Divinópolis - Varginha - São Paulo. Intend to flight between São Paulo and Center-West region, to attend at least 13 cities in the axe São Paulo/Minas Gerais.

In October 2006 started the operation at new Bauru airport, between this airport and Guarulhos International Airport.

From Bauru Air Minas fly to Araçatuba, Rondonópolis and Cuiabá.

The small cities in Minas Gerais as Itajubá, Poços de Caldas e Pouso Alegre also are in the operational plans.

The company is investing US$ 5 millions to add three more Brasilia aircraft for 30 passengers to its fleet, until the end of this year.
