AirG is a mobile marketing software company that offers products and services to facilitate mobile communities, wireless social networking, and mobile advertising. More than 10 million unique users worldwide are part of AirG's mobile communities, which are interconnected to more than 85 mobile operators and media companies globally [1]. Some of these companies include Sprint Nextel, Cingular Wireless, Rogers, TELUS, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, Vodafone and MTV Asia.

AirG’s community products and services are compatible across various wireless technology including voice, SMS, MMS, WAP, Java, BREW and i-mode.

The company employs over 100 staff at its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In addition, the company has offices in the UK, Australia, the Philippines, India, Italy and USA.

AirG was founded in 2000 by tech entrepreneurs Frederick Ghahramani, Vincent Yen and Bryce Pasechnik. The company started out producing games for mobile phones, and later turned the focus of its products and services towards applications for mobile communities, and mobile marketing. In 2005, Ghahramani and Yen were awarded the Business Development Bank of Canada’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year award [2]. AirG was also named in Red Herring magazine's Red Herring 100 North America for 2006[1] as one of the top 100 private technology companies in North America.
