Ain-Ervin Mere

Ain-Ervin Mere (February 22, 1903-April 5, 1969) was a leading Estonian collaborator with Nazi Germany. An Obersturmbannführer in the SS, he was also the head of the Sicherheitspolizei in Estonia (Estonian Security Police) following its creation in 1942.
