Aide may refer to:

  • A person who assists another. In military contexts; an officer who acts as assistant to a more senior one; an aide-de-camp.
  • Aide (deity), a purported Basque deity.
  • Aide (tax), a tax on wine and spirits in ancien rĂ©gime France
  • AIDE, (Advanced Intrusion Detection Environment) is a free replacement for Tripwire. It does the same things as the semi-free Tripwire and more.
