[edit] User page
Hello Abdul, and welcome to Wikipedia. I've moved the edits you made to a couple of pages to your user page. Please note that the main encyclopedia space is for individuals and subjects that are notable in some way. Let me know if you have any questions, and please accept my welcome below. Hello Ahmansoor! My name is Eric, and it is my pleasure to be the first to welcome you to Wikipedia! I hope you will decide to stay a long time and help us continue to make this one of the greatest sites on the world wide web. Here are a few useful links for you to explore:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
In addition to that great wealth of knowledge, let me offer you this advice: do what you enjoy! If you enjoy contributing to sports articles, do so! If you like to correct typoes (...), write new articles, find better ways to organize articles, make useful templates, work on projects with others, or even welcome new members, do so! A happy member of our community is a productive member of our community. You can read all of the above links to the last word, or you can jump right into editing. Be bold!
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have the need to sign a page without the time and date, you can use three tildes (~~~). If you have any questions that aren't easily found with the above links, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question. Once again, welcome to Wikipedia and enjoy!
P.S.- If you'd like to introduce yourself to the community and perhaps get a question or two answered in the process, drop us a line at the new user log.

[edit] Field Hockey
Hi, I've moved the info on the PC which you added to this article to Penalty corner (field hockey) as otherwise it rather unbalanced what's supposed to be a summary of the game. I've also tidied up a few typos and bits of grammar (although your English is undoubtedly infinitely better than my Urdu or whatever), and paraphrased the history a bit, not all of it was directly relevant to penalty corner tactics, and the casual reader here doesn't really ned to know the full details on the end of penalty corners for substitution, end of half etc etc. David Underdown 10:32, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Abdul Hayi Mansoor - A Hayi Mansoor -a Computer Programmer - Software Engineer & e-Marketer - Web marketer from Lahore , Pakistan
This article has been speedily deleted as it was a non-notable biography, as per the criteria set out in WP:BIO. Additionally, please read WP:AUTO and WP:VANITY regarding autobiographical articles. The title is also inappropriate as it is far too long. If you want to talk about yourself, please use your userpage rather than create an article. (aeropagitica) (talk) 17:22, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
