Mr. Moseby leads Zack, Cody, Bob, and Warren as the Scout Leader on a camping adventure in the woods. Trouble stirs when their food disappears but when Zack brings back fish and gets promoted to a Panda Bear, which makes Cody jealous. So Cody goes out and looks for some food, so he too can get promoted. He finds an old man that lives in a house in the woods and the man gives Cody a basket of food. Cody takes them to Mr. Moseby, Bob, Warren and Zack and they start eating them. Until the man finds them and gives Cody his canteen that he left in his house. Mr. Moseby then demotes Cody, but Zack tells him it all right and Cody feels better.

There is guy that checks into the hotel. London sees him while she was talking to Carey about getting a spa treatment. London was saying that she didn't like this guy anymore, and that he was her ex-boyfriend. He then asks Maddie out, which makes London jealous. The reason why she was saying she didn't like him was because he broke up with her a long time ago. Carey is trying to relax until London and Maddie start asking for advice from her. After the spa treatment didn't work out, Carey tries painting. Maddie and London were fighting about the guy, and they were splattering Carey with the paint brushes. At the end, Carey is seen painting a portrait of the man that the boys met during their camping trip.

Mr. Moseby's name tag is on his Wilderness Scouts uniform.
Tom Poston (who guest starred as Merle) played opposite Dylan and Cole Sprouse in the 1990's sitcom "Grace Under Fire". The Sprouse twins shared the role of Patrick while Poston played Mr. Norton.
London makes a reference to the fact that Carey has been dumped by men so many times.
Mr. Moseby promotes Cody from one bear to Koala Bear, however, Koalas are not bears; they are marsupials.
