Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Urd and Skuld are called back to Heaven due to increasing problems with the Yggdrasil. However Skuld leaves Keiichi a dessert changing him to a woman. Belldandy while trying to prepare an antidote for Keiichi gets exposed to a virus from heaven fatal to her.
