I decided to translate some of it from the es.wikipedia.org version, but then got bored and stopped for now. So I posted this message for those who wonder why I didn't translate the whole thing.

[edit] another thing

If this is basically all out of es.wikipedia.org, then shouldn't we transfer the citations too? The problem is I don't know how to do the citing thing. So unless I'm mistaken somebody else oughta. Will work on it this weekend. As is, it's horrible: an incomplete translation. Alexf(t/c) 21:02, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Clean Up

Started work on clean up, deleting the (many) Spanish words in the text, and wikifying the article. It is still a somewhat rambling and incoherent narrative and it needs major reworking which I will attempt after the clean up of the existing text. Alexf(t/c) 11:50, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

I'm just doing a bit of the same. The Spanish is no problem but the text is too verbose and a bit disordered. —Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 17:11, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] spelling

if someone else wants to, they can replace all spellings of "leutenant" with "lieutenant". 65.78.17.194 04:24, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] spelling

should I abbreviate the Radical Civic Union as RCU or UCR? 65.78.17.194 04:27, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

My option would be: at the first mention of the Radical Civic Union, mention the original Spanish name and its abbreviation, UCR; then use "UCR" or "the Radical Party". —Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 23:23, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Agree with Pablo. Mariano(t/c) 10:37, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
