Agrarian Reform Laws of Cuba
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The agrarian reform laws of Cuba have sought to break up large landholdings and redistribute them to those who worked them, to cooperatives, and the state. Laws relating to land reform were implemented in the Cuban Constitution of 1940 and in a series of laws passed between 1958 and 1963.
