Agnome (アグノム Agunomu?, Agnome in original Japanese language versions) is one of the 493 fictional species of Pokémon creatures from the multi-billion-dollar[1] Pokémon media franchise – a collection of video games, anime, manga, books, trading cards and other media, created by Satoshi Tajiri. Agnome is a legendary Pokémon that premiers in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The purpose of Agnome in the games, anime and manga, as with all other Pokémon, is to battle both wild Pokémon, untamed creatures encountered while the player passes through various environments, and tamed Pokémon owned by Pokémon Trainers.[2]
Following the trend of its two counterparts, Agnome's name likely comes from the Japanese term meaning "to lose interest in" (倦ねる aguneru?)—although Agnome is the Will Pokémon, it controls both perseverance and indetermination—and from the mythical creature gnome.

Biological characteristics
Agnome has a small blue body about the size of Mew. It has a blue cone shaped head with a jewel encrusted in its forehead and also two blue dropping ears. Like Yuxie and Emrit, its partners in the legendary trio, it has two tails with jewels encrusted on them, and its only major difference from them is its head and its face.
Agnome is referred to as the "god of will". It can either make people give up on an activity or cause them to attempt the activity repeatedly. Residing and sleeping at the base of a lake, it keeps the world in balance. If Agnome is harmed, the attacker will not be able to move for seven days.[3]
In the video games
Agnome is one of the legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It is part of a psychic trio along with Yuxie and Emrit. All three of them are captured by Team Galactic and are freed by the protagonist. The three attempt to stop Dialga or Palkia from overwhelming Sinnoh later in the game.
After defeating Dialga or Palkia, Agnome will flee to Aspiration Lake, where it can be captured. It is at level 50, like Yuxie and Emrit.
Among the three, Agnome has the highest Attack, Special Attack and Speed.
