AGNULA

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

AGNULA stands for 'A GNU/Linux distribution for Audio'. Originally funded by the European Commission, the project aimed to create two GNU/Linux distributions for use in music and audio production: ReHMuDi (the REd Hat MUltimedia DIstribution) and DeMuDi (the DEbian MUltimedia DIstribution).

Since funding for the project ceased, volunteers have continued to develop the DeMuDi branch, while the ReHMuDi branch has been all but abandoned. Planet CCRMA is a set of RPMs for similarly doing audio work in Red Hat.
