This image seems to be a copyvio. The uploader identified the source as Microwave Engineering (Europe) magazine. This is correct - it's at the bottom of page 13 of the Jan/Feb issue. Microwave Engineering's copyright statement is reproduced below:

The article can be found on http://www.mwee.com/. Unless the uploader is employed by CMP and is authorised to waive their company copyright I can't see how this is going to be GFDL. In addition, it seems to be a low-quality scan of the hardcopy magazine. If it's genuinely needed on Wikipedia, a cleaner diagram could be drawn anew.--Fontles 13:18, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
