Age District, Mie

Age (安芸郡; -gun) was a district located in Mie, Japan.

As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 41,976 and a density of 246.05 persons per km². The total area was 170.60 km².

On January 1, 2006, the towns and villages from both Age District and Ichishi District, and the city of Hisai merged into the city of Tsu. As a result of this merger both Age District and Ichishi District were dissolved.
