Afshin (افشین) can refer to:

  1. a common Persian man's name, which means "kind hearted enlightenment".
  2. Afshin the 9th century Persian General, at the abbasid court.
  3. Persian pop star Afshin (singer).
  4. Persian film maker (Afshin Gharkhani)
  5. a title used by the princes of Ushrusana, and in particular:
    • Afshin Khaydar', an Ushrusana prince who became a general in the Abbasid army. He is best known for his participation in the Khurramite Revolt (816-837).
