African Express Airways is an airline based in Nairobi, Kenya. It operates domestic and international passenger services. Its main base is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi.

The airline was established in 1986 and started operations in May 1986. It was set up in association with African Airlines International as a sister company, until September 1999 when it separated. In August 2006 it terminated operations in Kenya amid rumours of bankruptcy.
