Aerounion - Aerotransporte de Carga Union is an all-cargo airline based in Mexico City, Mexico. It operates cargo services between Mexico and the USA, and intends to fly to Canada and Latin America.

The airline was established on 5 March 1998. In November 2000, Aerounion applied to the United States Department of Transportation for the right to carry cargo between the USA and Mexico. Aerounion is owned by Luis Ramos (99%) and David Hazouri (1%).

Aerounion operates the following freight services (at January 2005):
- Domestic destinations: Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey.
- International destinations: Dayton and Los Angeles.
