Aero Caribbean (Empresa Aerocaribbean SA) is an airline based in Havana, Cuba. It operates scheduled domestic services and cargo flights within the Caribbean and to South America. Cargo charters are also operated to Canada, the Caribbean and South America. Its main base is José Martí International Airport, Havana.

The airline was established in 1982 and started operations on 2 December 1982. It was set up by the Cuban government to provide domestic flights and regional charters to supplement national carrier Cubana. It is wholly owned by the government of Cuba.

Aero Caribbean operates the following services (at January 2005):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Baracoa, Cayo Coco, Cienfuegos, Havana, Holguín, Santiago de Cuba, Trinidad and Varadero.
- International scheduled destinations: Freeport, Grand Cayman, Managua, Montego Bay, Port-au-Prince and Santo Domingo.
