Any administrator can close a move proposal after a period of 5 days have past. Lack of consensus defaults in everything-stays-as-it-is.
These cases are unrelated. On Hotu Matu'a there was a concern about writing a name with a minor change to reflect its correct spelling and which in no way interferes with its English reading. On Chamorros there is a concern that the name that you are proposing is not the most common form used by English speakers WP:UE. Regards, Húsönd 04:05, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
