Dear MER-C, unfortunately you messed up by vandalising the original name of this article. Firstly, the surname is FitzGerald, with a capital "G". This family maintains the original tradition of the two conjoined words Fitz (son of ) and the patronymic Gerald. Your oversimplification is akin to turning O'Neill into "Oneill" - it contradicts the customary naming convention. Please revert it. Please also revert the title to include "24th Knight of Kerry". Seneschally

Fixed by moving to "Adrian FitzGerald". Please avoid using loaded terms like "vandalism"; the distinction is subtle for those not familiar with it, and MER-C's move appears to have been made in good faith. Choess 02:04, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
