Adrian Schrinner

Adrian Schrinner, Australian politician, was elected to the Brisbane City Council as the Councillor for Chandler Ward in a by-election on 10 September 2005. The by-election was caused by the resignation of Michael Caltabiano from the council prior to his election to the Queensland Parliament as the Member for Chatsworth in August 2005. He is a member of the Liberal Party of Australia. He was educated at the University of Queensland, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (double-major in Government) and a Graduate Certificate in Governance and Public Affairs. He narrowly missed being elected to Council the previous year, when he was the Liberal candidate for the Ward of East Brisbane at the 2004 general election.
