Adrian John Earnshaw MHK (born 1950) is the Minister of Tourism and Leisure in the Isle of Man Government and a Member of the House of Keys for Onchan.

Earnshaw was educated at Douglas High School and worked for the Isle of Man Bank from 1968 until his election in 2001 as MHK for Onchan. He had previously served as an Onchan Commissioner. His interests are motorcycling and walking and he is a regular Marshal in the TT.

In December 2006, he was appointed Tourism Minister by Tony Brown.
